Yesterday I was visited by Melissa Warner, one of the 3 ladies behind design firm Massucco Warner Miller. Armed with tear sheets and a good eye I could tell right away she was a true professional and later looked up her site. Wow! Not only is there real talent behind these three but they also understand the importance of photography. I always find it so unfortunate when stylists and designers take poor quality shots to use for advertisement.
The nook above is grounded by my current favorite color duo, turquoise and orange, which makes it hard for me not to love and below is a lamp that simply makes the room!
It is slightly reminiscent of an old chuck a luck cage and the scale is absolutely fantastic. I have to know. Is it vintage??? Update: The lamp is the Barbara Barry for Baker Dressmakers Lamp.
It is an arm and a leg but god I do love!!!
And while we are on the subject of lighting......
Their generous use of texture, pattern, and color (which the above fixture has all) makes each room really stand out. I think you'll agree after viewing their site but here are some nice examples.
A teenagers dream suite! Grown up but fun, all of these pieces can make the transition from high school to college and far, far beyond.
The detail on the commode doors is beautiful and we all now know that small patterned wall paper in powder rooms of this size actually makes the room appear larger. Those tall ceilings dont hurt either! The unexpected wood floor, shield shaped mirror and dainty chandelier make this space feel so fresh.
I hope you enjoy their work as much as I do. I am excited to see more from this fabulous trifecta!

These rooms are fantastic! Thanks for visiting my blog today - hope you come back often, Annie!
OBSESSED!!!!!!
Love these rooms! The nightstand lamp is the Dressmaker's lamp, part of Barbara Barry's collection for Baker Furniture. Probably vintage inspired, but a great lamp nonetheless!
