Above is just a sampling. Lead designer Vanessa de Vargas did a spectacular job as well. Her room, below, really stood out and the gallery wall made it feel very homey.
Isn't it inviting? Upward Bound House's mission is to reduce homelessness among families in the Los Angeles area. They provide housing, supportive services and advocacy. More than 1,100 individuals since 1997 have graduated from Upward Bound House and are no longer homeless. That number includes 650 children. I am really proud to have been able to help, even in such a small way.
